- 1 side of pork ribs
- 3 tblsp brown sugar
- 2 tblsp chili powder
- 1 tblsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 tblsp paprika
- 1 tblsp ground cumin
- 1 tblsp seasoned salt
DIRECTIONS
- preheat oven to 250
- combine dry ingredients in bowl
- mix well cover ribs well
- place in refridgerator 4-6 hrs
- place in baking pan
- cover wityh aluminum foil
- cook 4 hrs at 250
- can be grilled indirect heat
