- 1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. line two cookie sheets with foil. In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup and butter. Stir constantly over high heat until the mixture boils; remove from the heat. Stir in the flour and nuts until blended, then stir in the vanilla.
- Drop by level tablespoons on to the foil, leaveing room for the cookies to spread. Bake for about 8-10 minutes until the cookies are rich golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for about 1 minute and mold cookie over back of small bowls. When they harden you can use the cookie bowl to serve ice cream and fresh berries!
