  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup black pepper
  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 1/4 cup dry mustard
  • 1/4 cup crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 cup onion powder
  • 1/4 cup garlic powder
  1. Mix all ingredients together and store in mason jar in a cool dry place.
  2. Will last as long as you need it to!
  3. I like to use it as a dry rub but you can also sprinkle it on steaks or meats as you cook them
