Yummy triple layer lemon pie

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 2 C cold milk
  • 2 pkgs. lemon flavor instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1 TB. lemon juice
  • 1 tub cool whip
  1. Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix and juice. Beat witha wire whisk for 2 minutes or until mixture is well blended. This will be thick.
  2. Spread 1 1/2 C of pudding on to pie crust. Mix the remaining pudding mixture with half of the the whipped cream. Spread over pudding layer. Top with the remaining whipped cream.
  3. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
I found this recipe in a magazine. I love lemon so I knew it would be a hit.
