Yummy Spinach Artichoke Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 10 ounces Alfredo Sauce
- 1 cup shredded Mozarella
- 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan
- 1-6 oz can of Artichoke
- Hearts,drained (more if you please)
- 10 ounces of frozen, chopped Spinach with the water drained
- 4 cloves of roasted garlic
- dash of garlic salt
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Roast garlic until golden, about 30-45 minutes.
- Spread garlic on the inside of a pan, I find that an 8x8 glass pan works the best.
- Combine all ingrediants in the pan then mix.
- Heat in the 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
- Enjoy this cheesy, creamy, flavorful dip with tortilla chips.
