White Chocolate Chip Cookies
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup vegetable shortening
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cream together butter, shortening and sugars, add egg and mix well.
- Slowly add flour, baking soda and salt and continue mixing.
- Stir in vanilla and chocolate morsels. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
