Whiskey Burgers

INGREDIENTS
- 2 pounds ground chuck -- fresh is best
- 1/4 cup sweet onion, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon fine minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons fresh ground pepper
- 2 teaspoons A-1 steak sauce
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon american whiskey (tennessee)
- 1 slice each cheddar and jack cheese
- grilled onions, well caramelized
DIRECTIONS
- Mix liquids together then combine each item one at a time with liquid being last. Let sit at least 2 hours then hit the grill.
