INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup ice cold water
- 3/4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup instant skim milk powder
- 11/2 tsps. liquid sweetener (or more to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla (or more to taste)
DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl, combine water and lemon juice. Add milk powder.
- Using electric mixer, beat on low speed to moisten, then beat at high speed until light and fluffy (you can hold a tea towel over everything to avoid splattering).
- Beat in sweetener and vanilla.
- Makes about 3 cups
