Whipped Banana Freeze
  • Servings: 2-3
  • 2 peeled frozen bananas (one per person)
  • frozen strawberries or blueberries (optional)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened soy milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed per person
  • 1 tablespoon of crushed walnuts per person
  1. Cut up the frozen fruit in small pieces.
  2. Put the soy milk, bananas, and vanilla into a blender, or food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Sprinkle ground flax or crushed walnuts on top.
