  2. Walt’s Creamed Corn
  3. Cut corn kernels form 6 cobs. To do this, either use a box grater or a knife. Using the blunt end of a knife, scrape the cobs to remove the milk. Melt ¼ cup butter in a skillet, stir in corn and corn milk, ¼ cup water and white pepper. Cook corn until done. Taste If the corn becomes dry, add more hot water. Do not boil.
