Versatile Fruit Crumble
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 40
  • 8 cups fruit
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar (more or less, depending on sweetness of the fruit)
  • 1 c flour
  • 1/3 c brown sugar
  • 1 T granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix fruit with 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour and 1 Tbsp. sugar.
  2. For topping, mix together the 1 cup flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar and butter. Rub with your fingers until crumbly.
  3. Spread the fruit in a 2-quart glass or ceramic dish and sprinkle the topping evenly.
  4. Bake in 375 degree F oven for about 40 minutes, until brown and bubbly. Eat warm with ice cream or cream.
