Upside down German Choc.Cake

INGREDIENTS
  • German choc cake mix
  • 2/3 cup coconut
  • 1/2 to 1 cup chopped Pecans
  • 1 stick oleo/margarine
  • 1 lg. pkg Cream Cheese
  • 1 box Powdered Sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. Grease and Flour a 11 x 16 dish.
  2. Layer in dish the Coconut and then chopped Pecans.
  3. Prepare cake mix (as per manufacturers instructions) and pour over mixture.
  4. Melt oleo, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  5. Spoon over cake and Bake.

We had this cake at our lake place at a carry in cook out--everyone loved it-some said it was the best dessert they had ever had.
