- 2 x 175g tubs of natural no-fat yoghurt
- 2 x Lebanese cucumbers, (deseeded & grated)
- 2 x Garlic cloves, (crushed)
- 1 x Lemon, (rind finely grated & juiced)
- 1 x TSP lemon pepper
- 1 x TSP salt
DIRECTIONS
- Combine yoghurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon rind, 1 TBSP of lemon juice, lemon pepper and salt in a bowl.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate until required.
