Tzatziki
INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 8
  • 2 x 175g tubs of natural no-fat yoghurt
  • 2 x Lebanese cucumbers, (deseeded & grated)
  • 2 x Garlic cloves, (crushed)
  • 1 x Lemon, (rind finely grated & juiced)
  • 1 x TSP lemon pepper
  • 1 x TSP salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine yoghurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon rind, 1 TBSP of lemon juice, lemon pepper and salt in a bowl.
  2. Cover.
  3. Refrigerate until required.
