Turkey Tetrazzini

  • 16 oz linguine, or spaghetti cooked
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 10.5 oz. can cream of celery
  • 1 10.5 oz. can cream of mushroom
  • 1 10.5 oz. can cream of chicken
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 3-4 cups chopped cooked turkey
  • 8 oz fresh sliced mushrooms, optional
  • 1/2 cup grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cook noodles al dente and Set aside.
  3. While noodles are cooking, combine butter, soup, salt, pepper and chicken broth in a medium bowl. Mix well and add turkey chunks. Stir in noodles until well combined.
  4. Spray a 9x13 pan and pour in noodle mixture. Sprinkle cheeses on top along with bread crumbs.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
