Turkey Tetrazzini by Grandma Pat

- Preparation Time: 20 minutes
- 1 8 oz pkg spaghetti
- 1 8 oz can mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cans Campbells Cream of Mushroom soup
- 3 cups cooked Turkey
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- About 2 cups of turkey stock
DIRECTIONS
- Cook spaghetti according to directions on box.
- Drain and add half of the turkey stock.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Saute onion, pepper, mushrooms and celery in butter until tender and golden brown.
- Add cream of mushroom soup to vegetables
- Add spaghetti to soup and vegetable mixture.
- Add half of the cheese
- Add more turkey stock if needed.
- Add mixture to greased large casserole pan.
- Top with remaining cheese
- Bake covered at 350 for about 30 minutes. Uncover for last 10 minutes
