Turkey Cutlet (beast fillet) in Gravy
INGREDIENTS

- Turkey Cutlets- 24
- no-salt seasoning of choice- dust to taste
- turkey Gravy- ½ gallon
DIRECTIONS
- 1. wash hands
- 2. brown turkey on grill or brown in oven
- 3. make gravy in a separte pan.
- 4. cook turkey in 325º for 20 minutes
- 5. Put turkey on plate and then spoon gravy on turkey
- 6. make sure turkey is 165º
