Turkey Barbecue Sandwiches
  • Left over Turkey
  • Barbecue sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Take turkey and place in crockpot.
  2. Add you favorite bottle of barbecue sauce and salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on low for approximately 3 hours.
This is a great recipe for turkey sandwiches that tastes just like pulled pork barbecue sandwiches. I serve them on a bun with coleslaw and home fries and my family loves it. It is easy and a great low-fat, low-sodium meal, and just plain healthier way to eat BBQ.
