Tuna Patties

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cans tuna in water, drained
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp. oil
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine tuna with onion, celery salt and parsley. Add egg and reserved salmon liquid. Stir in flour. Shape into patties. Fry in oil over medium heat until lightly browned on both sides.
