Toffee Grahams

INGREDIENTS
- 40 Split graham crackers
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1C. coarsely chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS
- Line a 9"x12" pan with foil and spray with PAM.
- Place graham crackers side
- by side.
- Boil butter and sugar together for two minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in vanilla and pecans; spread over crackers.
- Bake for 10 minutes @
- 350.
- Remove from oven and let et a few minutes (Spoon any toffee mixture
- that has run off crackers and put it back on to where it may need it.)
- Remove to cooling racks.
