INGREDIENTS
  • 40 Split graham crackers
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1C. coarsely chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS
  1. Line a 9"x12" pan with foil and spray with PAM.
  2. Place graham crackers side
  3. by side.
  4. Boil butter and sugar together for two minutes.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in vanilla and pecans; spread over crackers.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes @
  8. 350.
  9. Remove from oven and let et a few minutes (Spoon any toffee mixture
  10. that has run off crackers and put it back on to where it may need it.)
  11. Remove to cooling racks.
