- White sesame (til) 1 cup (lightly roasted)
- Green chili 8 pieces
- Garlic pieces 6 (without peel)
- Onion for garnishing 1 finely cut
- Coriander leaves 1 bundle
- Salt as required
- Tamarind juice 1 cup
DIRECTIONS
- 1.First of all grind coriander leaves, green chili, garlic and salt and make a sauce.
- 2.Separately grind roasted sesame seeds.
- 3.Take a bowl add sauce, roasted sesame seeds and tamarind juice and mix it.
- 4.Sesame Sauce is ready to serve. Garnish with onion and serve it.
