Three cheese spread

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- few drops of red hot
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in bowl. Mix with a fork until well blended.
- Line a small bowl with plastic wrap. Spoon cheese into bowl and press down firmly.
- Chill.
- To serve, invert cheese onto a serving plate and remove plastic wrap. Spread cheese on celery stalks or crackers.
