Three cheese spread
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • few drops of red hot
  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl. Mix with a fork until well blended.
  2. Line a small bowl with plastic wrap. Spoon cheese into bowl and press down firmly.
  3. Chill.
  4. To serve, invert cheese onto a serving plate and remove plastic wrap. Spread cheese on celery stalks or crackers.
