Thick and Creamy Fruit Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk or water
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter (for classic variety)
  • 1 heaping cup frozen berries:
  • Classic - strawberry and banana
  • Tropical - mango, pineapple, and peach
  • Berry - raspberry, blackberry, and blueberry
  1. Add the ingredients together and blend very briefly, ceasing immediately when the mixture begins to smooth in order to keep a thick consistency (generally less than 10 seconds). Honey can be added as a sweetener if desired.
