Thanksgiving Ham Chunks Shannon Losey's Style
INGREDIENTS
  • Ham
  • 2 cans pineapple tidbits w/ juice
  • Brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. Bake ham in a lil water for about 1- 1 1/2 hrs
  2. Remove ham and cut up in kinda large chunks and return ham chunks to pan
  3. Add about 2 cans pineapple tidbits add juice too stir in w/ ham
  4. Sprinkle brown sugar over ham and pineapple try and cover all the ham w/ at least a lil of the brown sugar
  5. Bake at 350 stirring once in awhile, add water if needed
RECIPE BACKSTORY
My Grandmother Elaine Mazur just covered the top w/ this sauce. But I think my daughter Shannon (and her X Luis) was the 1st to make it in chunks. This way is my favorite way to eat Ham!!!
