Tex-Mex Green Sauce

- 3 avocados
- 3 green tomatoes
- 4 tomatillos, remove husk
- 3 Tbsp minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp loosely chopped cilantro
- 1 jalapenos, seeded and loosely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Peel avocados and place them in a blender. In a medium saucepan, boil tomatoes, tomatillos, garlic, and jalapenos for 15 minutes. Remove from saucepan and place all ingredients in a blender with the avocados. Add sour cream and blend until smooth. Served with salsa and chips.
