• cooking spray
• 18 oz. Tater Tots
• 1 C diced onion
• 3 T flour
• 5 T butter
• salt and pepper to taste
• 2 C half and half - warmed

1. Spray baking dish.
2. Arrange 1/2 of Tots in baking dish.
3. Spread onions over Tots.
4. Sprinkle with flour.
5. Add 1/2 of salt and pepper.
6. Dot with 1/2 of butter.
7. Arrange rest of Tots.
8. Add rest of salt and pepper.
9. Dot with remaining butter.
10. Pour half and half over all.
11. Cover with foil.
12. Bake...
14. 375' - 30 minutes -- then remove foil and bake 30 minutes more.
