Taco Soup
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 14 oz can pinto beans
  • 1 14 oz can kidney beans
  • 1 14 oz can black beans
  • 1 14 oz can corn
  • 1 14 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package of taco seasonings
  • sour cream (optional)
  • tortilla chips (optional)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Saute onions
  2. add ground beef and worcestershire suace and brown
  3. add all other ingredients
  4. bring to a boil at high heat
  5. reduce to medium heat and simmer for 20 minutes
  6. serve with a dollop of sour cream and a side of tortilla chips for scooping
RECIPE BACKSTORY
I found this receipe in a newspaper and changed it up a bit to fit my tastes. Now my family asks for it at least once a month. The receipe can doubled for a larger crowd. It's a great meal and side dish to any meat entree.
