Taco Soup

INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 12
- 1 lb. lean ground beef (7%)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 envelope ranch dressing mix
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
- 1 15-oz. can pinto or great northern beans
- 1 15-oz. can chili beans
- 1 can water
- 2 14.5-oz. cans diced tomatoes
- 1 15-oz. can corn
DIRECTIONS
- Brown meat and onions until no pink remains in meat. Drain. Add mixes. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
- Note: I dumped in leftover mexican rice. It was a nice addition. Not sure what effect that would have on points.
