TORTILLA SOUP
INGREDIENTS
  • ½ cup Chopped Onion
  • 4 teaspoons Chopped Cilantro
  • 1. 5 ounces Chicken Broth
  • ½ teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Margerine
  • 1 small can Tomato Sauce
  • ½ package Taco Seasoning
  • 1 can Mexican Style Stewed Tomatoes Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 Boneless Chicken Breasts Cubed
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients into crockpot and cook on low all day
  2. 1. Garnish with Shredded Cheese, Sour Cream, Sliced Green Onions, and/or Tortilla Chip Strips.
  3. 2. NOTE: You can also use whole chicken breasts. One hour before serving, remove breasts and shred, return to crockpot for one hour and then serve.
