Swiss, Ham and Noodle Casserole

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cups chopped ham
  • 1-8oz pkg. swiss cheese,shredded
  • 1 pkg. egg noodles, cooked
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 cup lowfat sour cream (or plain yogurt)
  • Saute in 2 Tbsp. olive oil, 1/2 cup chopped green pepper and 1/2 cup
  • chopped onion. Add 1 can mushroom soup and 1 cup lowfat sour cream
  • (or plain yogurt)
DIRECTIONS

  2. In a large casserole dish, layer in this order: ham, noodles, sauce,
  3. and cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
