Sweet Kraut -Michelle Losey's

INGREDIENTS
- 2 bags or cans Sauerkraut strained
- 1 large can Turnip or collard greens strained
- 2 Yellow cooking onions sliced or 1/4rd
- 1 can frozen apple juice unthawed (I use the darker color one)
- 3/4 of apple juice can of water
- 3 LBS Kielbasa (cut in 3 inch chunks after its done cooking)
- Aprox. 2 handfuls of light brown sugar or to taste
- *Option: Can add if you like Minced Garlic or garlic powder
- OPT: can use a lil pepper if you like
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all together in baking dish or casserole pan
- Bake at 350- 375 until most of water is gone and Kielbasa is cooked through and browned
- I stir it about every 20 mins
