Sugar cookie cobbler
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 10-12
- Preparation Time: 10
- 1 can peach pie filling (1lb. 4 0z. size)
- 1 T butter
- 1 1/2 t cinnamon sugar mixture
- 1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Heat pie filling in a 8 inch baking dish 5 to 8 minutes. Remove from oven and dot with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture. Slice cookie dough into 12 slices and place over filling.
- Bake 10-12 minutes.
