- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
DIRECTIONS
- Cream the wet ingredients. Combine the dry ingredients and mix them with the wet mixture. Roll into one inch balls and flatten with the bottom of a glass. Bake at 350' for 10-12 minutes.
