Stuffing Chicken /Pork Bake
  • 1 pkg 6oz stuffing mix for chicken
  • or pork
  • 4 boneless chicken breast or 4 pork chops
  • 1 can condensed cream od mushroon garlic soup
  • 1/3 cup sour cream or milk
  • 1/3 cup french fried onions
  1. Mix stuffing mix with french onions,1 1/2 cups hot water and 1/4 cup margarine cut up, just until moistened, set aside
  2. Place Chicken or pork in 12x8 baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream or milk together; pour over chicken. Top with the stuffing mix
  3. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes or until meat is cooked A stuffing recipe we added our touches to.
