Strawberry Pretzel Salad

  • Crust :
  • 2 Cups Crushed Mini Pretzels
  • 3 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Sticks Melted Butter
  • Filling :
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • Topping :
  • 2 Cups Boiling Water
  • 1 (6oz) Strawberry Jello
  • 2 Pkgs (10oz) Frozen Strawberries (If using fresh berries, add more water)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Crust :
  2. Mix and put in 9X13" pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 Degrees. Cool.
  3. Filling :
  4. Beat Together and put on cooled crust.
  5. Topping :
  6. Dissolve jello in boiling water, add frozen strawberries. Allow jello to cool then put topping on filling.
  7. Chill Overnight.
