• pizza dough from your favorite pizzaria
• olive oil
• 2 sausage links - taken out of casing and browned
• 1/2 c sliced mushrooms
• 1 can tomato sauce
• 1 T roasted garlic
• 2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 package pepperoni

1. divide dough into 4 equal pieces - lightly oil hands, and roll into ball, then push into round or oval shape
2. put dough on preheated gas grill, on medium heat for about 5 minutes per side, just until you get some light grill marks
3. remove dough, and add toppings
4. start with tomato sauce, then add cheese, sausage and pepperoni
5. dot pizza with roasted garlic
6. put back on grill on low heat, lower lid, let cook until cheese melts
7. enjoy!

with the recent economy pinch, I have found that I have needed to be creative in making my hubby's favorite dishes - this pizza is not only fun but lets us use the grill as well
