Steak Sauce

INGREDIENTS
- 1 gallon OJ
- 1 quart soy sauce
- 2 cups sweet chili
- 2 1/4 cup worcestershire
- 4 bottles Pickapepper
- 3 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 1/4 cup amber vinegar
- 6 cup craisins
- 1 tsp. ceyenne
- 2 tB dijon
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all and bring to a boil. Cool completely and then blend until smooth.
- You can half this recipe- it is quite a lot of steak sauce, but if you put it in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge for up to three weeks or so. This is perfect for a group or party setting. A little sweet but savory sauce perfect for a great steak...
