Spicy Italian Sausage
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 10 minutes
- Servings: 5 lb
- Preparation Time: 45 minutes
- Pork Butt - 5lb
- Salt - 1.5 Tbsp.
- Black Pepper - 1.5 tsp.
- Fennel Seeds - 1.5 tsp
- Paprika - 1 Tbsp.
- Crushed Red Pepper Flakes - 1.5 tsp.
- Coriander, ground - 3/4 tsp.
- Water, Cold - 5 fl. oz.
DIRECTIONS
- Step 1: Cut the pork into 2 inch cubes then combine the pork with the remaining ingredients, except the water.
- Step 2: Grind the meat once through the coarse well chilled grinder
- and add the water and mix well to stuff the Sausage into Casings.
- Step 3: After sauté the sausages and bell peppers together, when done. Serve.
