Souper Mushroom Chops

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 pork chops
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 soup cans milk
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 4 potatoes, quartered
  • 1 lb. carrots, whole
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
DIRECTIONS
  1. In skillet, brown chops. Remove chops. Combine soup and milk in skillet; simmer while preparing vegetables. In crock pot, place onion, carrots, potatoes, garlic and chops. Pour soup mixture over all. Cover, cook on low 4-6 hours.
