Smoothie - Banana Pineapple

  • 2 ripe bananas - peeled
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup spinach ( 2 handfuls)
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 3-4 cups of cold green tea (or water)
  1. Blend all ingredients in your high speed blender until smooth
Smoothies are a staple in a Raw Vegan lifestyle. I often throw ingredients into my blender randomly and hope for the best. After a few non-drinkable's I decided it's best to write down the ones I like and keep the information handy so I can make them again and again.
