Slow-Cooker Chicken BBQ

  • A good friend sent this recipe. I don't know where she got it from but I do know that it is wonderful.
  1. Place chicken, water, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and cumin in slow-cooker set on low. Cook for 6 hours.
  2. Drain juices.
  3. Shred chicken right in slow-cooker using two forks to pull it apart.
  4. Pour in barbeque sauce; stir to combine.
  5. Cook on low for an additional hour. Serve on buns with coleslaw.
