Six Hour Stew

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lb. raw stew beef
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup celery, sliced
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
DIRECTIONS
  1. Brown beef then add remaining ingredients. Bake in a covered casserole at 275 degrees for 6 hours.
