Simple Beef Meatball

  • 5 Kg Beef
  • 1½ kg starch (for meat adhesives)
  • 1 pack of meatball flour (you can choose not to use it, depending on what texture & taste you want)
  • 6 chicken eggs
  • Cow extract 3 sachets
  • Special Ingredients
  • Bone marrow broth
  • 3 red onion cloves (fried)
  • 1 handful (1 circle) garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of refined sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. The Special ingredients are finely ground and mixed into broth water which will be made into ice. Estimate that broth that has become an ice stone, weighs not more than 25% of the weight of the meat.
  2. Next after the meat has been ground and mixed with dough, just add a maximum of 3 sachets of cow extract
  3. Then meatballs are formed.
  4. Finally boil the meatballs
