Short Cut Beef Stew

  • 1 lb stew meat cut up
  • 1 can CAMPBELL’S® Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 1 -2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup carrots cut into large chunks
  • 2 russet potatoes peeled and cut into large chunks
  • 1/2 cup flour to dust meat
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat large non-stick skillet,lightly coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. lightly coat beef with flour...Cook beef cubes until browned on all sides,stirring often.
  2. Stir in soup,broth,Worcestershire sauce and vegetables. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low.
  3. Simmer,covered,until beef and vegetables are tender – about 30 minutes,stirring occasionally.
