Sheet-Pan Italian Subs

  • 4 tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 loaves of bread
  • 1 lb deli ham
  • 1/2 lb salami
  • 1/2 lb sliced mozzarella
  • 1/2 lb sliced provolone
  • 2 c. baby spinach
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray the sheet pan and lay out bread slices to look like shingles.
  2. Top bread with mozzarella, then layer ham, spinach, salami, and provolone on top. Shingle another layer of bread on top. Brush the tops with melted butter. Lay another sheet pan on top of it and put a skillet on top of that to weigh it down.
  3. Bake about 10 minutes. Remove the top sheet pan and skillet and bake until golden, about 20 minutes more.
  4. Cut into squares.
