Sesame Snow Peas
INGREDIENTS

- 10 oz snow peas
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Kosher salt

- Directions:
- Steam the snow peas however you would like to – over boiling water or with a couple tablespoons of water and covered in the microwave for about 3 minutes or until just tender. Drain any water, then toss the peas with the sesame oil, sesame seeds, and salt to taste.
- Background:
- This is an easy side dish that complements Asian and seafood entrées very nicely. The recipe emerged from me simply liking the ingredients and throwing them together.
