- Butter Sauce:
- 1/2 c. melted unsalted butter
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
- Dash of white pepper
- Verde Sauce:
- 1 med. avocado peeled, pitted and mashed (3/4 c.)
- 1/3 c. low fat sour cream
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- Red Sauce:
- 1/2 c. bottled chili sauce or spicy ketchup
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp. rice vinegar
