- 8 or 9 sliced potatoes
- chopped onions
- White Sauce:
- 3 ½ cup milk
- 4-5 tbsp flour
- butter
- Optional: Bacon
DIRECTIONS
- 8 or 9 sliced potatoes put in casserole dish with chopped onions.
- White Sauce:
- 3 ½ cup milk
- 4-5 tbsp flour
- butter
- make sauce, pour over potatoes and add meat if desired. If adding bacon, cook it first before adding to dish. Cook at 350 for approx 45 minutes.
