Scalloped Potatoes
INGREDIENTS
  • 8 or 9 sliced potatoes
  • chopped onions
  • White Sauce:
  • 3 ½ cup milk
  • 4-5 tbsp flour
  • butter
  • Optional: Bacon
DIRECTIONS
  1. 8 or 9 sliced potatoes put in casserole dish with chopped onions.
  2. White Sauce:
  3. 3 ½ cup milk
  4. 4-5 tbsp flour
  5. butter
  6. make sauce, pour over potatoes and add meat if desired. If adding bacon, cook it first before adding to dish. Cook at 350 for approx 45 minutes.
