Sauce For Venison

  • 2 tbsp. fat
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 3 tbsp. vinegar
  • Raw marinade
  • 2 c. red wine
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 tbsp. currant jelly
DIRECTIONS
  1. Remove cooked venison, pour over top. Taste; add salt and pepper if desired.
