• 4 med green peppers
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 C Cooked rice
  • 1/4 C chopped onion
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1- 15oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 C shredded cheese
  1. Wash peppers, halve lengthwese; remove seeds. Mix beef, rice, onion and salt and pepper and 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce. Pile into pepper halves, top with cheese. Arrange in a shallow baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over peppers. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
