Rotini Pasta Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 1 c. oil
- 1 t. salt
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 t. mustard
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 t. Accent
- 1 t. garlic
- Pasta:
- 16 oz. tri-color rotini pasta
- Add:
- 14 oz. stewed tomatoes
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4-5 T. parsley flakes (I know this sounds like alot)
- 1 t. basil
- 1 t. oregano
DIRECTIONS
- Put first 7 ingredients into blender & mix.
- Pour over:
- 16 oz. tri-color rotini pasta, cooked & drained
- Add last 6 ingredients
- Mix together. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
